Graduated from Uppsala University in Sweden and has over 25 years of experience in the IT/Telecom industries. He has been a consultant to several Swedish blue-chip companies including Ericsson, Astra and Telia. He was the founder of Cybercom and his most recent post was as the Vice Chairman from 1999 to 2005.

Cybercom was listed in 1999 and still is listed and at present employs approx. 2000 consultants in 10 countries.

Mr Bergstrom is an investor and is currently involved in a number of incubator companies. He has served previously on the board of international publicly listed companies spanning across USA, UK and Europe.

He has a substantial knowledge and expertise in running, financing and publicly listing companies and has great in-depth knowledge of companies in the developed and developing countries. He has travelled extensively and has a full understanding of various cross border business cultures. Per is an energetic individual and takes an aggressive role in which ever business he is involved. He is widely known as a successful entrepreneur and has established an extensive network of investors both individuals and institutions across the globe.

Mahesh is a British national and has a diverse background with large part of his career spent with two leading Wall Street firms. He has a wide range of experience in finance, extremely technology savvy and has a total understanding of the corporate world.

He has managed and advised companies in various parts of the world both in developed and developing countries. He has also been a strategic advisor for several technology start up companies and has worked in extremely challenging and competitive environments. He has also been at the forefront of Display technologies like the development of LEDs and Oleds and recently was involved in the realisation and commercialisation of a HD media format. He was invited to join TMA group to explore and implement the business plan and strategise the future of TMA.

Syed is a British national and has an extensive expertise and experience in Finance. He worked with Hacker Young a leading audit firm in the UK for five years and since then has been a Director & Financial Advisor to several companies and is currently on the board of several companies involved in Debt & Trade finance, real estate and commercial trade companies. He is well versed in all aspects of accounting, trade finance and capital markets
